Track Info Fields not working?

I'm making a custom Track Info and I'm not really sure if I'm doing it correctly. I've been unable to add fields not listed in https://jriver.com/DevZone/MJFields.h (but are present within JRiver).

For example, how would I get TrackInfo_Insert(Conductor) to work? or Dynamic Range (DR) to work?
