Adding songs to playlists or ratings stars didn't work

Hello.
I tried to use the options, adding songs to some playlists or rating my songs, but It didn't work. ( My JRemote is iPhone ver. )
I wasn't able to understand this situation since I installed nothing except JRiver.

I really need these things for my PC, because I don't use monitors.
Does anybody know how to solve this?

You must use authentication on the server (login and password).
