Support for new user

I am not very adept with computer usage. I purchased JRiver today and have spent all day trying to get it working properly. I'm a bit surprised and frustrated there are no basic start-up instructions or support of any kind.

I downloaded to my laptop and I can see the "media center" on my laptop however many of my songs show an incorrect album cover and I can only play music on my laptop not my network player(Cambridge Audio NP30).

My tablet library shows (Generic DLNA)? I do not see JRiver & or Media Center.

How do I get my player recognized? I am not even sure I am on the right track.

You Cambridge device is probably a DLNA Renderer.

You must turn on Media Network in MC options.
