Manual Fade-IN and fade-OUT one button option for music files

Hi all.
Manual fader ONE BUTTON option is usefull for me in my audio listening and recordings.
Please help me to find this plugin or how to.
Example.
Track is playing and you push the fade out button. Volume fade to silence and after few seconds(selectable) player go to stop mode.
