mobile app automatically closes 2-3 seconds after opening

my phone is a Google Pixel 3. The app has worked in the past, but after having been notified of an update, now, 2-3 seconds after opening the app automatically closes. I have tried rebooting my phone, with the same results. The only thing that I can think of is to uninstall and reinstall the app, but I am concerned about losing registration if I do that.  Anyone have any other suggestions?

Uninstalling won't lose the license.

What app are you using?

Android 10 isn't yet supported with JRiver for Android.  Right now the app just crashes after opening it.  Doesn't seem to be anything you can do to workaround it yet.

EDIT: Just saw that you posted in the other thread as well, so I assume you figured that out already.
