How to contact JRiver about upgrade mistake?

I inadvertently upgraded to JRiver MC 26 twice and have two charges on my credit card. How can I reach you, JRiver, to correct this mistake?

I am just going around in circles trying to make contact
What I need is the original content of my purchase of Media Center 12 some years back as my PC has crashed several times since and I have now lost my purchaase serial key and purchase invoice number. Can Someone Help.
My Full name is Wayne Mark Channon of 13 Smith Street, Fort Beaufort, 5720, Eastern Cape, South Africa
You can see from the pics attached that I do have A registered copy, which I simply activate with *.mjr file which OI still have saved.

You can read how licensing works and find out how to retrieve your Registration Code here:  https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Restoring_a_License

The mjr file is the Install Key.  It only works for 14 days.

Good Day,

So clearly I am being sent back and forth here. In my preceding message I DID mention that I have lost the data of my original purchase, and all I have to show is the attached screenshots of my current running system. WOW, there's a feather in my cap, sailing around the system. One of two things here now are, either I am going to be helped out of my dilemma, 2, I just carry on using the system as is hoping it does not crash again.
Not quite sure what to think of the service here right now. I am hoping that at the end of day I WILL be able to say that the service from JRiver was exceptionally Good.
And finally, I am thinking, depending on the service, I would maybe like to upgrade now, because it is way overdue. So if you peruse the attached photo's you will see that my Package IS in FACT registered and Activated. YOUR restore page is NOT helping me at all. I have tried all the mails that I can remember and come up short.
Please assist

SO So So SAD, I have exausted all the options on that page of license restore all three in fact and come up short. First Line, second line, and third line. I have tried all the mail addresses that I could remember to no avail. But in any event, Thank you for your attempt in helping me. I will then continue as is and continue searching to find a solution to my dilemma.

I found your license.  You also had an MJ8 license.  Both used an address at mtnloaded.co.za and I've changed them to your forum address and re-sent them. 

Your problem was that your MC12 license was out of restores.  I've reset them.
