No receipt after buying JRiver License

I bought a JRiver License since I work in a company that does room correction software. I now want a receipt for my purchase. The only email i have got are these:

Please help me get a receipt.

Please don't post mails which include your license key and other license information.
Since its a holiday in the US, someone will be around to send you a receipt next week.

We do send a receipt by email when you purchase.  What is it missing?
