Viewing photos with JRiver

So I have folder on my desktop with pictures in it.  I went to tools and import and imported the photos.  When I try to view the pictures I can't.  When I pull up my network on the TV I can click on images, album, and year, but when I get down to the actual jpeg images, they are grayed out.  What gives??

No idea.  Image playback should just work.  How are you trying to play them?  On a TV?  Try playing locally on the computer.

I am trying to play them on a TV.  It's funny, it works with the Roku, but not JRiver.
