Pono player playlists
« on: January 22, 2020, 11:01:25 am »

I've searched for an answer for my question but haven't been successful finding an answer:  Can the JRiver software be used to create and load playlists on the Pono?  The native Pono process on the device itself is manual and cumbersome and the Pono names are meaningless.  I'd like to be able to build and name playlists on my Mac and load them onto my Pono microSD card.

Thank you.

In case anyone else comes along and is wondering about this, MC does a great job creating playlists for my Pono.  Very simple to build and send to Pono.

Also, I had built a lot of playlists in iTunes (now Music in MacOS Catalina) for my iPod Classic and I easily imported them into MC and installed them on Pono.  So, if anyone has built a lot of them there and doesn't want to recreate them from scratch in MC they should know they won't have to.

Thank you for taking the trouble to post that.
