Enlarge icons in the toolbar

is there a way to enlarge the icons in the toolbar. Unfortunately my old monitor broke. My new 31 inch monitor has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 and the icons are so small that they cannot be recognized or distinguished.

Try the option for "Size" in the View Menu.
