recovered license for JRiver, Inc. Media Center 26 Windows is not working

I had to reload JRiver, Inc. Media Center 26 Windows and received my license via email. I downloaded the latest MediaCenter260019-x64 and loaded it. When I  click I get error

There was a problem communicating with license server. Is this on my end or JRiver?

The wiki links also do not work. If I click I get Security Alert

Wondering what is going on... thanks for your help
