Yeah, I know I have posted here when I saw MC acting in a manner I did not understand. Some of that may have been self-inflicted, or not.
But, once again, as i have offered in the past...
Frequently MC does beyond what I hope it would do..
yet another case of that....
I'm listening to tunes on a MC client. But I want to shut down the MC server so that the backup processes can run to completion.
As it turns out, the MC client continues playing the tune through the shutdown of the MC server, and the MC client continues playing, without losing a beat, until the MC server returns online. (i.e., the MC servr was rebooted)
My kudos are not given because this happened.
My kudos are given because I think this is how it was intended, and designed into MC, to happen.
Yeah, I know I've offered these accolades in the past.
But sometimes you need to just notice when software works a bit beyond what is expected.
