Crash on Setting up TV Capture Only device

JRiver version 26.0.30 (64bit)
If I go to Television, double click to run television setup, choose Australia, postcode 3056, location = \\packrat\media\Video\JRiver\TV Recording\, format JTV, then choose Capture only (no channel guide), JRiver crashes
This is repeatable.
I have attached a log from one crash, starting with recovering from the previous crash, and trying the same actions.

Try 26.0.69 at the top of this board.
