JRiver Forgetting Track Info Display...

I am having a small issue. I am finding that JRiver sometimes forgets the track info plugin I have been using. I have not yet figured out how to reproduce the error. Just every few days when starting to play music, I have to re-tell JRiver to use the Track Info Plug-in I want.

Any thoughts?
