Bug in Analyze Audio

Every now and then I notice a waveform looks totally smoothed over (top image).
If I re-run Analyze Audio it gets correctly rendered (bottom image).

I have replicated this bug in both 32bit 26.0.80 and 64bit MC26 on windows.
