Autorip no longer works in 27

I put a CD in the tray, it closes, and nothing happens. I have to click Rip to make it go. I checked all of the settings and auto-rip is enabled.

This is a regression.

I noticed that 27 also changed my File Location from our NAS to my local user account. Another regression.
