...no tuner available to fill your request

Silicon Logic Homerun device shows up under Manage Devices, but is not usable when trying to record or watch.
Nothing shows up in Tuner Profiles.
This happened after adding an EERO router. The tuner box is connected to a switch, which is connected to the EERO. Original modem/ router is set to bridge mode and RF is turned off. Reinstall and setup didnt do anything. Something I'm missing?

Silicondust has instructions for their tuners.  Install their software.  Choose JRiver in it.  Then set up TV in MC.
