I don't find a way to do this in 27:
Split View "Multi-Scroll" - windows scroll together at same rate from current positions when you slide one of the scroll bars.
For example...
press <Control> while scrolling to dual scroll two adjacent views.
Press <Control><Shift> to scroll all three windows synchronously.
