JRemote streaming

I do not have JRemote installed yet on my iphone (it appears it costs $9.95 to try??!), at any rate, a few questions:

In order to stream from my Windows machine to my iphone, what has to be done? Or, does it just use my login info from JRiver and automatically find my server?

Once connected, do you have access to all playlists (including other users cloud playlists)?
