Jremote2 and JRemote cant seem to read a cue Please advise
« on: September 18, 2021, 03:11:02 am »

Why does Jremote2(On android) And JRemote (On iPad) not deal with cue files properly?

I mean it shows all the flies as individual songs by name in the playlist, but every time it plays any album as one long album,so I cannot pick individual tracks?

How do i fix that? If i can?

Both have been very bug-ridden for days now, but i have sussed most things out myself, but this is the most overwhelming one, it is driving me nuts

Do i have to extract/xrecode all the cues to individual tracks, thousands of tracks UGH

Please advise

Cheers

The cue format isn't supported by the DLNA standard.

You could try having the server convert to WAV or another supported format.

Thank you

Most of the files are FLAC,if I just split/extracted the individual files with xrecode, would the individual files play?
