After upgrading to Media Center 28 I found I cannot shift PGS subtitle. I am running 28.0.78 6 bit under Windows 11. However, subrip works fine. Can you fic this problem? Thanks.

Set video to Red October Standard

Bitmap subtitles can only be moved in very specific situations. They have a defined position specifically requested by whoever made the movie, and moving them is not generally possible.

Switching to Red October standard works but it does not display HDR.
If my memory is correct, there was no problem with Media Center 27.
Red October JRVR also allows me to shift subtitle but the HDR quality is not as good as Red October HQ.

Shifting PGS subtitles works in RO HQ ... It takes several loooooooooooooooooong seconds from time you select shift to the time subtitle shifts.

I would not recommend shifting position based subtitles like PGS or ASS/SAA though ... like Hendrik mention - their position can be used to precisely put subtitle (rare with PGS ... very often with ASS/SAA)

EDIT: and upcoming JRVR is really good for HDR tone mapping
