So I got the SD card delivered with ID on and ran it on my Pi3, I had a few problems and it was slow so I decided to upgrade to a Pi4 with 4Gb ram. Now I have even more problems, when I RDP in the screen is tiny instead of using the full monitor, I got a horrible sound when playing music via my Audiolab MDAC, like a popping. Now JRiver is hanging and doesn't respond even after a reboot.
I don't know what to do.
Is there a way I can do a fresh install and start over?
