defender can be disable if you know how, there are manny post on how you can do it, besides that as a pc technician i know well how it works so its 100% at my system
Again, it can only partially be disabled. Parts of it, like the Firewall and SmartScreen aren't disabled when doing this. And regardless, even if you can (partially) disable Defender, it doesn't mean you
should. Disabling it likely does more harm than good, especially when you can accomplish a lot using exclusions versus just straight (partially) disabling it.
Bottom line, you really shouldn't mess with Defender in Windows 10 or Windows 11
unless you're using a third-party antivirus (which will automatically disable real-time protection in Defender but not fully disable Defender) or you're adding/removing exclusions. Otherwise there's no point, and you weaken your security doing so.
