sacd_extract

Do know that the SACD ISO/DFF to DSF conversion is going through a PCM stage in the middle (DSD > PCM > DSD), which is a lossy conversion.

If you want to avoid that, using something like sacd_extract with one of the frontends available to extract (and not convert) DSF files from a SACD ISO is the way to go.

Figures. I just won't use MC client as tremote. JRemote and panel work well with the isos

Yeah, i have sacd_extract and the audio inventory one.. I get less track change clicks with isos. Maybe i'll revisit that when i have cash for a few terabytes, so I can keep the isos and have dsf versions

If you're using sacd_extract from the upstream repository do know that it has a issue where extracted DSF files will have clicks/pops at the beginning of each track. Using this fork of sacd_extract has the issue fixed and it should work fine using alongside a frontend like ISO2DSD.
