trouble with importing
« on: June 18, 2022, 02:31:14 pm »

I ripped the tracks via MC28. I then made copies to my external HD's but when I go to Tools>Import, the box shows that there are no song files in the folder. When I open the folders via Windows Explorer, they are there.

What's happening?

I don't understand why I am having this problem now when I haven't had it before.

The import settings may not include the file type you used.  You can edit them.  What file type are they?

They are FLAC files. The correct folder is up there - next to Browse. Checked off are Audio (FLAC files included in the drop down), Image and Video but not Data. Playlists and Other.

When I click Finish, nothing is imported.

It works when I downloaded it to the C: drive on the computer. But I need it on the external drive because my little computer only has a 32 GB hard drive.

Oh well???
