Migrating custom settings - Windows to Mac

I've spent a fair bit of time in the distant past customising MediaCenter's settings on my PC (Windows 10). I've just purchased an iMac 24" plus the appropriate MediaCentre license and I would very much like to import the aforementioned settings from my PC. Is this possible? If so any guidance on how to achieve it would be most welcome.

Backup in your old version, restore in the new one.  Please see the wiki for more details.
