Author Topic: Emailed for licence restore but none received in my email (tried 3 times).  (Read 754 times)

I sent my email address for license restore (missed some of the license numbers when I typed it in tablet).  Also, why did opening thing state I had a trial app when I had actually purchased it?  I last purchased MC 27 on Tuesday 11/13/20.

MC doesn't run on a tablet.  Please explain more.

When I tried to reopen my MC 27, a popup stated trial was over. ?     Please check my files. I last purchased MC 27 Vers 26.0.15 (64-bit) on Tuesday 11/30/20. The popup requested I input my license.  However, the license I had written in my tablet was short a few numbers, letters.  So, I emailed for a restore.  However, I never received an  email in reply - tried 3 times.

I just re-sent your licenses.  You can find versions 27 under old versions on our wiki or check at the bottom of this page:

Install MC27.  Restore your MC27 license.

I removed the JRiver part of your username.
