The Crash log indicates a dragging/dropping operation, is that accurate?

That is correct. I am also seeing garbled Tab Names. Sometimes, when I select another tab from the current tab, the name changes or disappears. Often, the "new tab" space disappears until I delete a few tabs (sometimes, I have to delete almost all tabs)
Many thanks for looking into this

Also, to clarify, it crashed while dragging a tab to change it's order?

Yes, it crashes when I pull a tab to reposition it
