I am no longer able to retrieve any CD information via YADB when I select "Update from Online Database". I get the error "Information for this CD was not found in the on-line database". It doesn't matter which CD I try.
I also get the error "There was a problem checking for updates" when I select Help/Update Channels/Check for Updates.
Troubleshooting steps so far:
1. Disable Windows Defender firewall.
2. Disable Windows Antivirus.
3. Disabled router firewall.
No blocked ports are shown in the firewall logs.
Any suggestions?
