Unable to store Unicode info in tags

When I use the "Update Tags (from library)" tool to transfer the library info, anything in Unicode will be stored as "???" in the ID3v1 tag.  Anyone else having this problem?

ID3v1 doesn't hold Unicode.  ID3v2 can, but when it does, nobody else reads them.

We're still thinking about how to handle this.
