We have "CreateField", but is there a corresponding "DeleteField" that we can remove what we have added?

No, but you can delete the actual .jmd file in the library folder and restart MC 
This just clears the data for that field though, not the field itself.

I would like to request DeleteField for MCWS.

I create many fields via MCWS, and need a way to delete them programmatically to clean-up.  This is very tedious do do manually.

Also, I create a number of calculated fields via MCWS, and need a way to update the expressions. CreateField errors when trying to re-define the field.

Would these capabilities be possible to add?

I could also use update and delete fields via MCWS. It would be handy when testing some stuff to use scripts to handle the fields
