I just ran a manual Create Thumbnails , all the free space on C Drive disappeared . I know my C drive has only has a small amount of free space but this "ate it all"

When I looked I find a Temp folder full of album art images 25Gb of them ,

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 31\Temp

presumably used during the thumbnail process , should these not be deleted once the process completed ?

I wonder if I ran out of disc space before the process completed maybe ?

I have deleted them and all is well again BUT ...
