Impossible to load VST3 Plugin [Solved]

Hello to everyone.
I have a problem loading Tone Empire VST3 plugins ( for example GoliathV2.vst3). "Failed to install plugin" ...
I have JRiver MC30 64bit with Windows 11
Is there any solution?

Did you try installing the 32 bit version of MC?

Yes.Installed and bought version 32.
Now everything works
