Does JRiver have a relationship with Astell&Kern?

On another forum, it was recommended that I reach out to JRiver as a possible source for repair information on my A&K SP2000.  If so, is there a repair station in the USA that you know of?

They seem to partner with "iriver" for the Asia region, not "JRiver".
