I have been trouble-shooting my crashing JRiver media server for a while.

I scanned my system files and disks but no problem there. I followed the the instructions on this post:
https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,114101.0.html

with the exception of adding scanning certain file extensions. But all folders and files of jriver are excluded.

I hope some one can get me in the right direction to solve the matter for once and for all.
Or advice me on how to track down the reason what is causing the crash.

the windows error below, I check the event viewer if there where any other errors or warnings but there where none.

Hopefully you're not using Bitdefender, because if you are it's known to cause crashes with apps due to DLL injection it does on them.

I don't work for JRiver... I help keep the forums safe from "male enhancements" and other sources of sketchy pharmaceuticals.
