Dear support,

I need your help, please. I upgraded from MC23 Windows license to a MC33 Master license. I have the Media Center 33 installed on my PC. When I double-click the mjr file, the pop-up message is: Your license file is for a different product. And, when I start Media Center 33, and then copy-paste the 30-character code, the message is: Hiba történt az engedély visszaállításakor. Hiba részletei: Hiba történt a licenckiszolgálóval való kommunikáció során. Deepl automatic translation for it:
An error occurred when the licence was restored. Error details: an error occurred while communicating with the license server.

Additional info: I have several MC versions installed on my computer, (21, 22, 23, 26, 28, 29, 33), can it cause the problem? I don't think so, because they are NOT running, - I just used version 22 regularly, - but I closed it before I tried to install the Media Center33 Master-******.mjr file. I also checked it in windows task manager.
I am on Windows 10.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the purchase!

I just restored your license (starts with 8APJ0).

I entered it in the dialog that asks for the license code in MC.

It worked great. I'll reset your restores since I burned one.

So I'm not sure what's going wrong. Double-check that you're entering the right code.

Thanks for your answer, and thanks for reset restores;  I burned one too, when I struggled with the problem.
Finally I figured it out: my firewall blocked it. So, I whitelisted all jriver processes, and now works perfectly!
