Hi,

Not having a permanent key for registration is really
weak. Sometimes I rebuild my computer in a
mountain chalet. No Phone No internet, how
can I get Jukebox to run under those circumstances?

That as an aside, the real problem is that my test
version of Jukebox 8/9 has expired. When trying to
start the program I get a small window titled
"Information" containing the text:

"This preview version of Medi Jukebox has expired.
Please visit http:L//www.mediajukebox.com to
obtain a newer version."

So I paid my $24.98 (was going to anyway, just had
had not got around to it), installed the key to Version 9.0
by clicking on the link provided after my VISA payment
was approved.

YET, I still get the "preview has expired" window!!!!!

Downloading the key and clicking on it did not help. Nor
did reinstalling the software (V9.0). Please do not say to
rebuild my computer, I have just spent 4 weeks getting
it to work properly.

Just want to pay and run, not write long love letters
on public forums.

Com on you guys, you have the only media player
where I have most of the features I want. If I was
going to pirate your software I would start with
something that was worth at least 100 times what your
software sells for.

PS What would I do if I could not speak your language?
I would be a very angry owner of software that does not
work.

The early versions of our betas have timeouts so people don't go on using very buggy software.

If you download a new version, it should work.
