How to refresh TiVo?

I added a playlist in media center and it is not showing on Tivo.

How do I accomplish this?

I also edited a playlist and the changes are not showing up.  I had read somewhere that TiVo caches the playlists but starting and stopping the Media Server is not doing any good.

Suggestions?

Just stop and start sharing in Media Server.
