Zero vs. Unassigned pane behaviour?
« on: November 26, 2003, 03:06:15 am »

I built a view scheme based around ratings + number plays. The idea being to be able to see songs I've rated but only played once or twice or not heard in a while. The panes are as follows...

Rating | Number Plays (grouped in 10's) | Number Plays (no grouping) | Last Played |

The grouped 'number plays' pane shows "unassigned" below 0-9 and above 10-19, while the un-grouped number plays and the "last played" pane have 'unassigned' and 'never played' as their 1st entries. Selecting rating=4 in the first pane curiously does sort 'unassigned' to the top of the grouped pane.

Regardless of what's selected in the 1st pane, when the 0-9 group is selected, the 'unassigned' option is not made available in the ungrouped pane (although those files are listed, and can be exclusively filtered useing the 'last played = never played' from the last played pane).

lil' bugette maybe?

I have same problems with Chart Positions (from KingSpartas plugin)..
I have view scheme:
ChartName/ChartYear/ChartPosition

And chart positions display 0-9, 10-19,20-29....
but they should be 1-10, 11-20, 21-30...

Maybe an option to Column properties where you can select if you want to start from 0 or 1. With year you have to start from 0 but with other fields, usually from 1..?
