Upgrading to MC9 problems

I use media jukebox 8.0.400 and just downloaded MC. While it was automatically transferring the saved info, it hund on one particular file. ive tried it several times but no joy. Any idea on how i can track down which file is causing the problem (or if theres a way around it, beyond losing all my playlists, ratings etc.)
