Hi,

I need to rant:

<rant>
It's bad enough that MS is trying to force everybody to bring them more money by unsupporting versions. I have an old laptop running an early version of Win98 and is a perfect MC9 Media Server and not a candidate for an OS revamp. Now I'm trying to install the newest version of MC 9.1 and it complains that I don't have Win98SE or newer and quits installing !!!!  

Now I totally understand that support can't be a never ending story, but if that version is unsupported I'd at least like to have the choice to run the gauntlet on this older unsupported OS and not have the thing just quit on me !!!!  

I'm not planning to move to a newer version WinOS !!!!

Could this please change or someone tell me why it won't work?
