I'm having so much trouble restoring my license in MJ8. I've had two hard drive crashes with my computer (running Windows 98) and both times I lost MJ. That meant I had to download it again. However, I have not been able to get past the point of restoring my registration code and installation key so that it will notice that I have paid for my software back on November 29, 2003.
Thankfully, I printed out the e-mail where you sent me my registration code and installation key...but I don't see where I enter them into the software...unless I pay for the software again.
Can you guide me, step-by-step how to restore my license? My trial period is about up.
Also, while listening to some of my playlists in MJ8, I get an occasional error that reads... "Playback Engine: Media Jukebox is unable to acquire license for this file. Windows Media Error: Ox80070020"
This happens when a song cross-fades (aggressive) into the next. Not every time...but often enough to be aggrivating.
