I did this, but the same problem ( "Failed to initialize Registration control.") remains. The administrator says I have administrator rights on this machine.

During installation I get the message "Install Wizard could not copy all files. Windows must be restarted to complete setup". After restart there is a small window only a short time open which says "Finalizing Setup".

What information can I provide?
