customizing tool bar
« on: April 25, 2004, 02:12:40 pm »

Hey Gang,
Finally made the upgrade to media center from MJ.  Everything looks good except I really miss the fact that I can't customize the tool bar and really miss "playing now" button.

Hi Brian,
Welcome back.  You can still customize.  Just right click on the menu at the top.  It's also available through tree and view settings.

Tools/Options/Tree & View/View Settings/Customize Toolbars...

or you could simply right click on the Toolbar and choose Customize Toolbar...

okay, figured out why I couldn't do it.  apperrently you have to right click on a word in the tool bar for the sub menu to appear.  Also has anyone had problems using dual monitors?  I run two monitors and when a song is playing in MC the task bar on my secondary monitor don't function (I use UltraMon to manage my monitors).  However once the song finishes all the clicks I made on the second task bar happen all at once!  haha
