Using v11 TiVo Server
« on: April 12, 2005, 08:16:20 am »

Hello,

Having used v9 and v10 for a long time, I just recently installed v11 (v11.0.235).   In trying to use the new TiVo Server, I found the Interface section in Plug-in Manager, but I did not see any place to set the options for the TiVo server.  All I have are Start and Stop buttons, and some info about the Plug-in itself.

Where do you actually set things like the port, etc.?  I was never able to see the TiVo Server from the TiVo even after hitting start.

The options button is right next to the start/stop button.

There isn't any "Options" button for me.  I tried changing all the skins, but only a Start and Stop button appear.  I rebooted several times.

Hi Jim

Look on the left at the tree, and open the sections called Plug-Ins.
Inside, you'll find the configuration button.

Under Plug-Ins, You'll Find Tivo Server Listed as a Plug IN.  When you select tivo Server on the Left in the tree, the right pane will have a configuration button.  John left out a few words there....   ;-)
