I'm having a problem with running the latest releases of MediaCenter version 11.0
Version 10.0 173 was the first one I tried before and it was ok
Version 11.0 231 was OK too
but with the previous latest releases up to ver 11.0 292 I started getting this error message while I'm using the product:
"Media Center has encountered Critical error #31 Some essential components is missing or corrupt"
and then the program terminates!
I've noticed the size of the installer is getting smaller every time when I download new build< and I thought the download was not complete, that's why I'm getting this type of error, but the installation process works fine and the product was installed smoothly.
I'm running the Media Center Under Windows XP Home Edition with SP1
I even tried to run it is an isolated environment under a fresh copy of XP under VMware, but I'm having the same problem, though version 10.0173 and 11.0231 are fine.
Any help with this problem?
