well i actually dont know how to tell this thing. all i wanna do is
i've tv card and cable connection. i'm in a small home network with 20/30 pc. no internet connection, just local area network (10 mbps). is it possible to broadcast tv to other by media center ie the mc's server running on others pc. can they see what i'm watching through mc.

well i'm sorry i guess i cant make it clear

20 to 30 PCs on a 10 megabit network?  In a home?  There's no way to push that much video to that many PCs on a 10mb network anyway.  But even with more bandwidth you're talking about setting up a stream server and feeding the TV card input signal to it and then watching it from the PCs.  That's one signal (channel) per TV input card, not per PC.  Even if that was working you'd still be looking at streamed video and that's not all that high quality.
