Wanna play .XviD.avi but can't

Hi,

I have a .XviD.avi video and when I doubleclick it opens up Mediacenter, fullscreen, but thereafter nothing happens. I'm left with the little "watermark" of the MC logo centre-window, and that's it.

Anyone know how I can get this momma to play?

In MC options, try telling MC to use or not use Windows Media Player to play video files.

Tools > Options > Playback > Video Playback Settings > Tick In Box - this results, when I double click on file, getting an error downloading codec message, and then the aforementioned full MC screen with watermark MC logo. Thoughts?
