MC version 11.1.49.
I have the option set to save cover art in tags.
Files are mp3 format.
I select an album and choose remove cover art.
I then select the album and choose quick search in cover art folder.
The image field is populated for all songs.
The issue is that some of the songs show "jpg" in there and don't display the image when the song is playing.



While others show "inside file" and display the image correctly when playing the song.

I can confirm this issue - I have the same problem.
