This is the latest version of MC 11.1.  Your MC11.0 license will work with it.  Please post bugs here.  Please start a new thread for anything requiring discussion.  Non-bug posts will be deleted or moved.  MC11.1 is a free upgrade from MC11.0.

If you're new to MC11, please use the build from our download page here:
http://www.jrmediacenter.com/download.html

11.1.168 (4/7/2006)

1. Fixed: Launching Media Center while Media Server or Media Center was already running could cause a crash.
2. Fixed: Package Installer (Check for Updates, skin installation, etc.) would exit with an error.
3. Fixed: Tagging mode would reset list selections after making a change.
4. Fixed: Refresh (F5) wouldn't properly preserve the file list state in pane mode.

--Issue with shell integration/windows explorer:  FIXED!

--Issue with negative skin fx/button highlights:  FIXED!

--New skin fx:  VERY COOL!

Guys, this has been a big week for new/expanded features--MC's looking really good!  Your hard work is definitely appreciated!

EDIT--KrazyKanuck, if I understand the JRTools.dll issue, it affects you when going FROM .166 or .167.  I had to reboot going from .167.

Keyboard commands and Action Window are completely locked (unresponsive) during audio analysis. Only the mouse works (except in Action Window).

I do not see this.  Analyzing FLAC files, keyboard and mouse are fully responsive in details view, as is Action Window.

I can no longer sync correctly to my zen micro. MC displays all the files on the Zen and the files to transfer but when I click sync all then either every file returns "error" or MC just hangs.  ?

If you add this rule to a viewscheme:

(([Artist Rating]==1 -[Rating]=1-2) or ([Artist Rating]=>1))

And then add a Rating field to the viewshceme panes, the only ratings that show up in that pane are 1 & 2! In the file-list, all the files with other ratings are present.

Anybody in here using G-Force? After installing this build, one of my PCs blue screens when trying to switch to G-Force. It's only one of the two, though, so it's probably the PC. Just wondering if I was alone.

I can't seem to play Quicktime files, or even view their thumbnails through Library Server. I have the latest version of Quicktime installed on the server and the client.

Could you add to the contextual menu of each playlist the link "Edit this Playlist".  PLEASE
That will increase much the ergonomics of the software.  ;)

Example :

Thanks

On my system, Directory Opus is locking jrtools.dll. Closing DO and starting it again allows installation.

Top Level View Schemes that have "Show In Theater View" checked, don't show up in Theater View.

Theater View view schemes need to be children of Audio, Images, or Video.

I use G-Force (3.5.1.) and don't have problems with this build of Media Center.
